The FI Platform ingests donor data from your existing CRM or fundraising database — no new data collection required. SSA structures the connection during onboarding.

Tableau + Snowflake pathway: For organizations with Tableau Public access and structured export capability. SSA configures the Snowflake backend during onboarding.

Excel / CSV pathway: For organizations without warehouse infrastructure. Data is ingested via structured Excel or CSV export from your CRM — no Snowflake account required. Refreshed on a defined cadence.
